Getting Listed
- Notaries Public appointed in accordance with the law of their particular Australian State or Territory are eligible to list their notarial practice on this website and are cordially invited to do so, either as a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze member. www.notarylocator.com.au is ranked # 1 in the world with Google Search Engine for relevant keywords such as "notary" "notary public" and "public notary".
- Furthermore, by listing on this website, notaries also receive free identical listings on its satellite websites www.notary.com.au www.publicnotary.com.au and www.notaryaustralia.com.au
- Notaries have the opportunity to showcase major areas of their general legal practice if a Platinum or Gold listing category is selected.
- Listings are automatically renewed annually.
- Subscribers are sent emails fourteen (14) days before their listings are due to expire and reply by return email is expected if they do not wish to renew their subscription.
- Notaries may list in additional Regions other than the Region in which their notarial practice is currently located at a discounted cost of 50% of their listing fee for each additional Region. See below for further details.
- Subscribers' positions on the lead-in Regional Directory page will depend on the category of listing selected. Platinum subscribers rank first above Gold subscribers, Gold rank second above Silver, Silver above Bronze subscribers, all of whom appear on the Regional Directory page in rotating order.
Bronze Listing
Listing Cost: $100.00 pa + GST: Additional listing: $50.00 pa +GST for each additional Region.
Subscribers may update their current listing to a Silver, Gold or Platinum listing at any time during the currency of their subscription by submitting a further online Application Form, specifying their new category of listing and advising at the same time of any additional information to be published. A Tax Invoice will issue for the upgraded listing shortly after the new web page is created.

Silver Listing
Listing Cost: $150.00 pa + GST: Additional listing: $75.00 pa + GST for each additional Region.
Subscribers may update their current listing to a Gold or Platinum listing at any time during the currency of their subscription by submitting a further online Application Form, specifying their new category of listing and advising at the same time of any additional information to be published. A Tax Invoice will issue for the upgraded listing shortly thereafter.

Gold Listing
Listing Cost: $200.00 pa + GST: Additional listing: $100.00 pa + GST for each additional Region.

A Tax Invoice will issue for the upgraded listing shortly thereafter.

- Notary's head & shoulder digital image or legal firm's logo on web page
- Notary or legal firm's website linked from web page (the link helps to increase linked website’s ranking on search engines like Google)
- Main areas and description of legal practice published: up to five (5) lines summarising the main areas of notary's legal practice published, including areas of specialisation, expertise, experience or any unique character
- Languages spoken or understood by subscribing Notary or members of staff published

Platinum Listing
Listing Cost: $250.00 per annum + GST: Additional Listing: $125.00 for each additional Region.

International Notaries Listing
Overseas notaries duly appointed according to the law of the foreign country in which they practice, are invited to list their notarial practice on the web page entitled International Notaries.
Cost: A reciprocal link to be created from the international notary's or legal firm's website to www.notarylocator.com.au if a website is available; otherwise a donation of $25.00 AUD pa is expected to assist with the annual expenses of website maintenance in fairness to paying subscribers.
