Getting Listed
- Subscribing to www.NotaryLocator.com.au not only provides Australian Notaries with an opportunity to list their Notary Public practice in an online Directory which has the No 1 ranking in the world for the keywords "Notary" "Notary Public" and "Public Notary", but also presents them with an opportunity to showcase other important areas of their legal practice at the same time using this popular website.
- Notaries, appointed in accordance with the law of their particular State or Territory, are invited to apply for a listing on this website.
- When your online Application is received, it will be acknowledged by return email, accompanied with a request if necessary for additional information required to create your web page.
- A Tax Invoice for the cost of your web page will issue after its creation , payable within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Listings are automatically renewed on the anniversary of the creation of web pages. Subscribers must give at least fourteen (14) days written notice of any decision not to renew their Listing.
- After 31st December, 2007, Notaries applying for, or renewing their existing web page, will be listed only in the Region nearest where their practice is located in fairness to other Notaries practising in other Regions. Otherwise, a fee of $25.00 plus GST is payable for every additional Region in which a listing is sought.
- Commencing 1st January, 2008, all Notaries subscribing to www.notarylocator.com.au will also be listed on satellite websites www.notary.com.au, www.publicnotary.com.au and www.notaryaustralia.com.au free of charge. These listings will quadruple the subscribers opportunities for referrals whilst subscription fees remain the same.
- Subscribers' positions on the lead-in Regional Directory page will depend on the category of listing selected. Gold subscribers rank above Silver subscribers, whilst Bronze subscribers are placed below Silver subscribers, all of which appear on the Directory page in order of receipt.
Bronze Listing
A Bronze Listing is costed at $75.00 per annum + GST, and is applicable to Notaries applying for or renewing their subscriptions after 31st December, 2007.
Subscribers may update their current listing to a Silver or Gold Listing at any time, by submitting a further Application Form online, specifying their new category of Listing and advising at the same time of any additional information required for publication according to the category selected.
A Tax Invoice will issue for the upgraded listing shortly after the new webpage is created.

- Access by password to Notary Talk, a facility for notary practice problem solving or experience sharing, free to all our website subscribers, thanks to Professor Peter Zablud, an acknowledged Notary academic.

Silver Listing
A Silver Listing is costed at $100.00 per annum + GST, and is applicable to Notaries applying for or renewing their subscriptions after 31st December, 2007.
Subscribers may update their current listing to a Gold Listing at any time, by submitting a further Application Form online, advising at the same time of any additional information required for publication.
A Tax Invoice will issue for the upgraded listing shortly thereafter.

A Gold Listing is costed $125.00 per annum +GST, and is applicable to Notaries applying for or renewing their subscriptions after 31st December, 2007.

- All of the features of a Silver listing details, plus ...
- Name of Notary's legal firm or practice.
- Notary's photo or legal firm's logo.
- Website addresses linkage (the link helps to increase the rank of Notary's own web site on search engines like Google).
- MAIN AREAS OF LEGAL PRACTICE: Five (5) short lines summarising the main areas of Notary's legal practice, including areas of specialisation/ expertise.
- Priority in Directory listing for Region
